To extend the whole industrial chain of silicone, we began a 10,000t/a of silane coupling agent project in Lanshan Chemical Park since 2011, this project Develop and produce high performance organic silicon products industry chain upstream and downstream products, allyl chloride with annual capacity of 15000 tons, more than 99.5% purity. Recycling thirty thousand tons of hydrochloric acid used for synthesis of trichlorosilane, then continue to produce γ1. The project belongs to high-tech projects, the national key support strategic emerging industry project, adopt automatic control design. 7.Usage: Si-69 is a multi-functional slane coupling agent in rubber industry, which has been successfully used in radial tire and the equivalent products. It also reduces rubber viscosity, the characteristics of formation heat and promotes processing property.
